This switch is a technological masterpiece, designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. Its standout features include an uncomplicated design, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and ease of operation. The switch offers remarkable versatility with rated current options of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with a durable base, resilient post insulators, high-grade conductive elements, and an efficient mechanical assembly, the switch is equipped with an innovative gate knife structure to enhance circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, while external compression springs on both sides ensure optimal contact pressure, easily adjustable through spring height modifications. Operating the switch is simplified with an insulated hook stick, and it features a reliable self-locking mechanism for added security.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. For optimal performance, meticulously remove dust and dirt from all components. Carefully cleanse the insulating porcelain bottle surface to uphold its superior integrity.
2. Vigorously scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee superior electrical contact.
3. To ensure smooth operation, apply a protective coating of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas.
4. Conduct a diligent inspection of the contact surface. Adjust the compression spring height to guarantee that the contact pressure meets the specifications detailed in Table II.
5. This switch is engineered exclusively for hoisting use, designed to function in synergy with transformers on the line.
6. The switch accommodates a rated current of 200-400 amperes, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, the configuration remains with three mounting holes, ensuring optimal stability.

Ensure the switch's longevity with annual inspections of the following parts:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain its functionality.

Inspect all components for potential damage. Give special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in immaculate condition to ensure efficient operation.
