(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load while voltage is present, ensuring reliable performance.
This switch is designed for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems, standing out with its straightforward construction, economical pricing, and user-friendly nature. It accommodates rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, and consists of a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The circuit is controlled by a gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on each side. By adjusting the spring height, the required contact pressure for the switch's gate knife can be obtained. It is maneuvered using an insulated hook stick for both opening and closing actions and is equipped with a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Built for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Engineered to handle ambient temperatures: with a maximum not exceeding +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds that do not surpass 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation location should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMS OF NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual thorough inspection on the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive elements, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal quality.
