(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless connection and disconnection of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence while minimizing load considerations.
This switch is crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly attributes. It offers a versatile range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch comprises essential components such as a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. A sophisticated gate knife mechanism ensures the efficient opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife integrates two conductive blades, accompanied by external compression springs on each side. Adjusting the spring height secures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operated with an insulated hook stick, the switch features a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum limit of +40°C; minimum limit of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should be capped at 8 degrees; installation sites must avoid locations prone to persistent intense vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, THE USER HAS THE OPTION TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Assess all components for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal efficiency.
