Introducing the (H)GWBEB type, an outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also called an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it enables the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, ensuring reliable performance without load.
Designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, making it cost-effective and user-friendly. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure facilitates smooth circuit operations. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs, adjustable in height to ensure optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch includes a self-locking mechanism for secure open and close actions.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature conditions: maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; ideal installation sites are those free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation areas must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Inspect all components for damage, with a focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Regularly verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part for optimal performance.
