Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an ingenious solution also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This marvel is engineered to serve on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It's adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring reliability and precision.
Crafted for excellence in single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple structure, affordability, and user-friendliness. With rated currents spanning 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is versatile in its applications. Constructed from a foundational base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, it employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit transitions. Each phase's gate knife consists of two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on either side. These springs can be adjusted in height to secure the ideal contact pressure for optimal function. The switch is operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring top performance at high elevations.
Designed for ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, adapting to extreme weather conditions.
Efficiently handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, maintaining stability in windy conditions.
Built to withstand seismic activities up to 8 degrees, this switch should be installed in locations free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation environment should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity, ensuring durability and safety.

IF THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually inspect the switch to maintain its peak performance and safety.
Meticulously clean the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles, removing any accumulation of dirt and debris.
Conduct a comprehensive review of all components for any signs of damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for any cracks or defects.
Verify that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts remain in excellent condition, ensuring seamless conductivity.
