The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits while under voltage, but sans load, delivering superior operational reliability.
Designed with precision for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simplistic yet robust structure, offering both cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. Our range of rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse electrical needs. Comprising a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section, it incorporates an ingenious gate knife structure for circuit management. This gate knife, integral to each phase, features dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting spring height finely tunes the essential contact pressure for optimal gate knife performance. Operations are effortlessly executed via an insulated hook stick, with a self-locking mechanism ensuring secure usage.
Working Environment:
Installed at altitudes not exceeding a majestic 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures that soar to a scorching +40°C and dip to a chilly -30°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds reaching 35 meters/second, ensuring stable performance;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites selected to avoid severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regular annual maintenance should include checking these vital components of the switch:
Meticulously remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the pristine surface of the insulating porcelain bottles.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all components for damage, with particular emphasis on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess whether the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains excellent condition, ensuring unfaltering functionality.
