The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, beautifully engineered as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for applications in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to efficiently facilitate the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, this switch operates without load yet maintains voltage presence. It stands as a robust solution for power management.
This switch, tailored for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, boasts a straightforward design, exceptional cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures precise circuit management, with each phase's gate knife featuring dual conductive blades flanked by external compression springs. Adjustments to spring height guarantee optimal contact pressure. The unit's operation via an insulated hook stick and its integral self-locking feature enhance safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Positioned at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures up to +40°C and as low as -30°C;
Designed for areas where outdoor wind speed does not exceed 35 meters/second;
Built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring stability in areas with minimal severe vibrations.
The installation environment should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually perform a comprehensive check on these essential parts of the switch:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain high performance.
Inspect all components for any damage, with special attention given to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface for optimal functionality.
