(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a.k.a the isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated switch is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing load but maintaining voltage.
This switch is purposefully crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, and stands out due to its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of operation. The range of available rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility for various needs. The switch is an assembly of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure, it guarantees precision in circuit engagement and disengagement. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades within a sturdy external compression spring framework on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves optimal contact pressure for its gate knife mechanism. This switch is operated using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, further enhanced by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
This remarkable switch is designed to function at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
With an ambient temperature range, it operates efficiently at a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C,
And withstands outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
It is built to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, with installation sites ideally free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, or dirt, as well as any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly, on an annual basis, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the following switch components:
Efficiently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces.
Conduct a meticulous examination of all parts for damage, with a keen focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Assess the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure its integrity and functionality.
