It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even with voltage present, offering a seamless performance.
Engineered for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplistic design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. It caters to a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. Its gate knife mechanism, featuring dual conductive blades per phase and reinforced by external compression springs, ensures efficient opening and closing. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved. The switch is operated with an insulated hook stick, featuring a dependable self-locking device for secure operations.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Endures outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Diligently inspect all components for damage, giving particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of wear or fractures.
Ensure the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain optimal conditions.
