The (H)GWBEB type high-voltage outdoor isolation disconnect switch, also elegantly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load, yet maintaining voltage presence.
Engineered with precision, this switch is designed for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, offering a harmonious blend of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. Available in a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches boast a robust construction comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and an intricate mechanical section. The circuit is elegantly operated using a gate knife structure, which consists of two conductive blades per phase, flanked by external compression springs on both sides to ensure optimal contact pressure. These springs can be finely adjusted for height to achieve the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch's operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, promoting easy opening and closing actions, and a self-locking device ensures secure operation.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand ambient temperatures with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the site of installation should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that might significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER MAY ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly perform these checks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your switch:
Meticulously remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Diligently inspect each component for any signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
