(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also famously known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining the presence of voltage.
This innovative switch is primarily crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It is distinguished by its straightforward structure, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and exceptional ease of use. With a range of available rated currents-200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps-these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The switch utilizes a sophisticated gate knife structure for precise circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height optimizes the contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch is expertly operated using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions and boasts a reliable self-locking device for enhanced security.
Optimal Working Environment:
Installed at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: with a maximum not above +40°C and a minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand a seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation venue should not be subject to frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INITIATE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment Guidelines
Essential Pre-installation Preparations
Conduct an annual inspection and maintenance check of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain pristine condition.
Carefully inspect all parts for potential damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
