(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, affectionately known as an isolation disconnect switch, is purposefully engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This device proficiently manages to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without handling a load, yet efficiently maintains a voltage presence.
This exceptional switch is intended for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, revered for its straightforward design, economical benefits, and user-friendly operation. It offers a versatile range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The finely-crafted switches are composed of a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical segment. Employing a gate knife structure, it seamlessly facilitates the opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife incorporates two conductive blades, augmented with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the essential contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. An insulated hook stick is used to operate it, ensuring smooth opening and closing actions, along with a self-locking mechanism for added safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The ambient temperature should ideally not surpass +40°C, and not dip below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain under 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees; the installation site should eschew frequent severe vibrations.
The chosen installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that might severely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER A DIALOGUE WITH OUR COMPANY FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Work
Conduct an annual check-up of the following switch components:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Check all parts for any possible damage, with particular focus on inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
