(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch efficiently operates to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits under voltage, ensuring operational flexibility without an electrical load.
Engineered for single-phase implementation in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its streamlined design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Offering a variety of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, efficient conductive components, and a reliable mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operations, with each phase equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. The adjustability of spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operations are conducted via an insulated hook stick, complimented by a self-locking feature for added safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Designed to withstand temperature variations, with a maximum ambient temperature of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Capable of enduring outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to resist seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, located in areas free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection, focusing on the following key areas of the switch:
Systematically remove all dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Examine all components for any damages, with particular attention to identifying any cracks or compromises in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
