Introducing the (H)GWBEB model, a premier outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often termed an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines-rated at 10(12, 15, 24)kV-this switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while maintaining voltage presence.
Engineered for single-phase engagement within three-phase systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each unit comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, efficient conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. The innovative gate knife mechanism facilitates circuit operations. Each phase features dual conductive blades with external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved. The switch is actuated with an insulated hook stick and includes a secure self-locking feature.
Working Environment:
Operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters;
Temperature Range: Operate reliably between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind conditions should not surpass speeds of 35 meters per second;
Seismic resistance up to 8 degrees; Installations should be free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The site must remain clear of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, and any explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE STIPULATED USAGE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Regularly clean conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle to maintain peak performance.
Examine all parts for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracking.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure optimal operation.
