The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also acclaimed as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for utilization across 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly engage and disengage single-phase or three-phase circuits without a load but with voltage present, ensuring efficiency and reliability in power management.
This switch is expertly designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, unparalleled cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanically sound section. It features a sophisticated gate knife structure for smooth circuit opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife incorporating two conductive blades and external compression springs on either side. Adjusting the spring height optimizes contact pressure, crucial for the switch's performance. Operation is executed with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
The installation site should boast an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Ambient temperature should have a maximum not surpassing +40°C and a minimum not dropping below -30°C, maintaining operational integrity.
The site should withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second, safeguarding structural stability.
The seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees, and the location must be free from frequent severe vibrations to ensure longevity.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impair insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual checkup of the following switch components:
Meticulously remove dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles, maintaining optimal conductivity.
Inspect all components for damage, focusing particularly on detecting any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle which could compromise performance.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains impeccable to guarantee efficient operation.
