The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is a premium solution engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is meticulously crafted to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, ensuring operational integrity even with voltage present.
This sophisticated switch is specifically tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems. It stands out with its elegantly simple structure, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. Available with a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, this switch comprises a robust base, resilient post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. It employs an innovative gate knife structure for circuit management, with each phase comprising two conductive blades fortified with external compression springs on both sides to ensure optimal contact pressure. Adjustments to the spring height finesse this pressure to ideal levels. The switch operation is conducted effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a secure self-locking device to maintain stability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: max +40°C; min -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
It is crucial to perform an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Conduct a comprehensive inspection for damage across all parts, with particular scrutiny on the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of cracks or damage.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in pristine condition.
