Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative solution also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, it adeptly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without any load-yet with active voltage present.
This switch is a masterstroke of design, crafted for single-phase operation in three-phase line configurations. It's celebrated for its straightforward architecture, economical viability, and user-friendly nature. Choose from our spectrum of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch is a harmonious amalgam of a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The opening and closing mechanism is an ingeniously designed gate knife structure. Each phase is equipped with a gate knife that features dual conductive blades, reinforced by robust external compression springs on either flank. By meticulously adjusting the spring height, optimum contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is assured. Operation is seamlessly executed with an insulated hook stick for efficient opening and closing, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Ensure an altitude not surpassing 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maintain a maximum of +40°C, and not below a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speeds should remain under 35 meters/second;
Resilience to seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; the installation venue must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation vicinity must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive agents that could adversely affect the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENTER NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual maintenance checklist: diligently inspect the following components of the switch:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain their integrity.
Examine every component for wear or damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any potential damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part is impeccable to maintain peak performance.
