This innovative switch efficiently manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits under conditions where voltage is present but no load is carried, ensuring superior performance and dependability.
Engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is recognized for its streamlined design, affordability, and ease of operation. The switch is available with rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse needs. Its construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and an efficient mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates seamless circuit control, while each phase's gate knife features dual conductive blades with external compression springs. The height of these springs can be finely adjusted to achieve optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operation is straightforward, using an insulated hook stick for reliable opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations where the altitude does not surpass 1000 meters;
Designed to endure ambient temperatures with a maximum threshold of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation locale should be free from frequent and severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Routine maintenance: Annually inspect the following components of the switch:
Meticulously clean all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to ensure peak efficiency.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, giving special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential cracks or impairments.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure excellent conductivity.
