Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a masterpiece of engineering in power management. Also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, this device is meticulously crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Designed to masterfully open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without the load but with voltage present, it stands as a pinnacle of safety and reliability.
Engineered specifically for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple yet efficient structure that ensures cost-effectiveness and ease of operation. The available rated currents span a range of robust options: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed with precision, each switch features a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a sophisticated mechanical section. The gate knife structure is expertly designed to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of circuits. Comprising two conductive blades per phase, secured with external compression springs, the contact pressure can be adjusted by fine-tuning the spring height, ensuring optimal performance. Operation is effortlessly achieved using an insulated hook stick, and the switch is equipped with a reliable self-locking mechanism to ensure safety during usage.
Working Environment:
Optimally designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature resilience with ambient conditions ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Built to endure seismic conditions with intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, ensuring that the installation site remains stable without experiencing frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could seriously impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE ABOVE NORMAL LIMITS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS CUSTOM SOLUTIONS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use, and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Ensure annual maintenance checks include thorough inspections of the switch's critical components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surfaces of insulating porcelain bottles.
Examine all components for any signs of damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
