(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits devoid of load but with voltage present, ensuring seamless operational flexibility.
Tailored for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, budget-friendly nature, and user-friendly operation. The diversity in rated currents includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, accommodating a wide array of needs. The switches are comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Employing a gate knife structure for circuit control, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the gate knife. Operations are executed effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device for secure handling.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
It efficiently operates in ambient temperatures, with a maximum cap of +40°C and a minimum threshold of -30°C, accommodating diverse climatic conditions.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, it promises resilience against harsh weather conditions.
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, it must be installed in locations devoid of frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch’s insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual inspections on the following switch components to ensure optimal functioning:
Thoroughly clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all parts for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains integrity and effectiveness.
