This switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, lauded for its straightforward design, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly functionality. Offered with a versatile range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are an integration of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure facilitates circuit operation, with each phase's gate knife incorporating dual conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, the optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is effortlessly achieved. Operation is simplified with an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, complemented by a secure self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work

Examine all parts for potential damage, giving particular attention to the integrity of the insulating porcelain bottle to detect any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of all conductive parts maintain excellent condition, preserving efficiency.
