The (H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also affectionately known as an isolation disconnect switch, is masterfully engineered for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated equipment expertly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling the intricacy of voltage presence, albeit without load.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch is renowned for its efficient yet straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to various needs. Each switch comprises a robust base, dependable post insulators, conductive components, and a precision mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, the switch enables precise opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife features twin conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides, allowing easy adjustment of spring height for optimal contact pressure. With an insulated hook stick facilitating the open-close mechanism, the switch also boasts a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
The switch operates optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperature resilience ranges from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C.
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Designed to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, it is crucial that the installation site remains free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be clear of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements detrimental to the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components to guarantee performance:
Regularly cleanse dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain efficiency.
Carefully examine all parts for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle to check for cracks or other impairments.
Assess the quality of the contact surfaces of the conductive components to ensure optimal performance.
