Its iron core, crafted from high-conductivity, low-loss silicon steel, expertly minimizes no-load losses.

Incorporating a sophisticated multi-layer structure for the high-voltage windings, our transformers up to 500kVA boast multi-layer low-voltage windings too. For transformers of 630kVA and higher, we introduce an innovative spiral design for low-voltage windings. This enhancement significantly boosts electrical performance and mechanical strength, particularly under short circuit conditions.

A standout feature includes its meticulous pan-seal structure that completely isolates the transformer oil from external air, effectively preventing oil degradation and enhancing operational reliability. The thoughtfully crafted oil tank design employs corrugated plates, enriching oil circulation and advancing heat dissipation. This intelligently designed structure ensures efficient welding, minimizes the risk of leaks, and optimally enhances fluidity and thermal management.
