The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to excel in 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, yet with voltage present, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.
Crafted for unparalleled single-phase utility within three-phase line systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. The switch offers versatile rated current options: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. Comprising a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, it features a sophisticated gate knife structure for circuit engagement. Each phase's gate knife incorporates a pair of conductive blades, with external compression springs on each side. Height adjustment of these springs ensures optimal contact pressure. For added convenience, the switch operates via an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, and includes a self-locking mechanism to enhance safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Thrives in ambient temperatures: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Durable against outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second;
Seismic resilience up to 8 degrees; ideal for installation sites with minimal severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION.

Regular annual inspections are essential to ensure performance:
Meticulously remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Examine all components for potential damage, with a special focus on identifying any damage or cracks on the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive component remains in prime condition.
