Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation disconnect switch, engineered to perfection for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines of 10(12, 15, 24)kV. This state-of-the-art switch is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, yet without load, ensuring seamless operation and safety.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out with its uncomplicated design, affordability, and user-friendliness. Rated currents span from 200 to a robust 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The switch comprises a durable base, reliable post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a mechanical section. Its innovative gate knife structure, featuring dual conductive blades and external compression springs, facilitates precise circuit operations. With adjustable spring height for optimal contact pressure, the switch ensures reliable performance. Operated smoothly with an insulated hook stick, it includes a self-locking mechanism for uncompromised security.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes not surpassing 1000 meters;
Capable of enduring ambient temperatures ranging from a brisk -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, ensuring stability where severe vibrations are infrequent.
The installation site should be free from gases, corrosive chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive and corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE CONDITIONS FOR NORMAL USE BE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive parts' contact surfaces remain in pristine condition for optimal functionality.
