The (H)GWBEB outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also revered as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This marvel allows for seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, all while under voltage yet without any load, ensuring unparalleled performance and safety.

Specifically crafted for single-phase deployment within three-phase systems, this switch is celebrated for its straightforward design, economic viability, and user-friendly operation. It is available in a wide array of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's architecture includes a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Its gate knife structure ingeniously facilitates the circuit's opening and closing, with each phase's gate knife composed of two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. By fine-tuning the spring height, you can ensure the precise contact pressure required for optimal switch function. The switch's ergonomic design allows it to be operated with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing, further enhanced by a self-locking device for added security.

Working Environment:

Altitude: Not exceeding 1000 meters; a perfect fit for a wide range of geographical locations.

Ambient temperature: Ranges between a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C, showcasing its versatility in various climates.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Thoroughly eliminate dust and grime from all components, ensuring a pristine surface on the insulating porcelain bottle for optimal performance.
2. Diligently scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to guarantee a flawless connection.
3. Coat rotating parts and contact areas with a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to enhance longevity and performance.
4. Ensure the contact surface is impeccable and adjust the height of the compression spring to align with the specifications outlined in Table II, ensuring precise contact pressure.
5. This switch is exclusively designed for hoisting applications, perfectly complementing transformers on the line for seamless integration and operation.
6. The switch's rated current spans 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes, while 600-1000A ranges similarly employ three mounting holes for secure installation.

Regular inspections: Conduct comprehensive annual assessments of the switch's key components to ensure optimal functionality.
Meticulously clean dirt from all conductive components, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior to prevent any operational inefficiencies.

Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to identifying any cracks or defects in the insulating porcelain bottle to avert potential hazards.

Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure uninterrupted performance and reliability.
