(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is designed to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits with absolutely no load, while safely maintaining the presence of voltage throughout the process.
Crafted for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and user-friendly operation. Available with an impressive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are comprised of a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife structure for seamless circuit operation, each phase's gate knife includes two precisely engineered conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. The spring height adjustment facilitates ideal contact pressure for optimal switch performance. With an insulated hook stick for easy operation and a secure self-locking device, this switch is designed for maximum efficiency and control.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding a striking 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C, ensuring functionality in a warm climate; a minimum of -30°C, adeptly handling colder environments;
Outdoor wind speeds elegantly managed up to 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity gracefully withstood up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The designated installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that might detrimentally impact the switch's insulation and conduction capabilities.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER IS ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.

Annual maintenance checklist to ensure peak performance and longevity:
Meticulously remove dirt and grime from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain optimal conductivity.
Conduct a thorough inspection of all parts for any potential damage, with particular attention to assessing the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition, safeguarding the switch's operational integrity.
