Our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but without load, offering unmatched reliability.
Designed for single-phase functionality within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its simplistic structure, superior cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly operation. It supports a versatile range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's construction features a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, conductive elements, and an efficient mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure for seamless circuit management, each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height ensures optimal contact pressure. An insulated hook stick facilitates easy manual operation for both opening and closing, while a self-locking device enhances operational safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal for elevations up to 1000 meters;
Can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a chilly -30°C to a warm +40°C;
Performs efficiently in outdoor wind conditions not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Designed to endure seismic activities up to 8 degrees, the installation venue should be free from frequent intense vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and other explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Cleanse all conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces of any accumulated dirt.
Assess all parts for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage and cracking.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface.
