(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously crafted for seamless operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing load, even when voltage persists.
Specifically engineered for single-phase applications in three-phase line systems, this switch stands out for its simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. The circuit is effectively managed by a gate knife structure, where each phase is equipped with two conductive blades, reinforced by external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is effortlessly conducted using an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
This equipment is designed to function optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
It operates within an ambient temperature range: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees, and should be installed in locations free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could seriously impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual checks are crucial to maintaining optimal performance. Ensure the following components are inspected regularly:
Dirt and debris should be removed from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Meticulously inspect all components for damage, with particular focus on identifying any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains good integrity and functionality.
