(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, proudly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for optimal performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is designed to proficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits while gracefully maintaining voltage presence without load.
This versatile switch is specifically crafted for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, exceptional cost-efficiency, and unparalleled ease of operation. The switch offers a variety of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It comprises a sturdy base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a robust mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures seamless opening and closing of the circuit. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously constructed with two conductive blades, supported by external compression springs on both sides. These springs can be meticulously adjusted in height to achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is efficiently managed through an insulated hook stick, complemented by a sophisticated self-locking device for enhanced safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed for installation at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of operating in ambient temperatures: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Tested for seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideally, the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN NORMAL USE CONDITIONS AS LISTED ABOVE ARE EXCEEDED, CUSTOMERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE AND DISCUSSIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following components of the switch:
Carefully remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surfaces to maintain pristine condition.
Inspect all components diligently for any damage, paying special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for any potential damage or cracks.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
