(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an impressive and indispensable component also known as an isolation disconnect switch, has been meticulously engineered for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to effectively open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even with voltage present, enhancing your power system's flexibility.
Crafted for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts an ingeniously simple structure, making it not only cost-effective but also user-friendly. With an array of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—this switch is versatile and adaptable. The robust build includes a reliable base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The circuit is opened and closed using a sophisticated gate knife structure, where each phase's gate knife comprises two conductive blades, secured with external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, you can achieve the optimal contact pressure essential for the switch’s gate knife. It operates using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, complemented by a self-locking device, ensuring steadfast performance.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters; ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Ambient temperature: maintaining a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C; adaptable to a wide range of climates.
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second; designed to withstand robust weather conditions.
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations, safeguarding the switch's integrity and reliability.
The installation site should be free from harmful gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity. This ensures long-term durability and efficiency.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY for tailored solutions to meet unique requirements.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch parts to maintain optimal functionality:
Meticulously remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to prevent operational hindrances.
Inspect all parts for potential damage, with a particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for any cracks or imperfections.
Verify the condition of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure high efficiency and reliability.
