Indulge in the cutting-edge technology of the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, masterfully engineered for seamless performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This innovative isolation disconnect switch effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, safely operating without load but with voltage present, ensuring uninterrupted efficiency.
Architected for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch is a beacon of simplicity, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With a versatile selection of rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches are constructed from a robust base, post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. The sophisticated gate knife structure seamlessly facilitates circuit opening and closing, featuring dual conductive blades per phase and external compression springs on either side. The spring height can be meticulously adjusted to maintain optimal contact pressure. Operators will appreciate the ease of using an insulated hook stick for managing the switch, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Withstands ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to handle outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Capable of enduring seismic intensities no greater than 8 degrees, ensuring stability in installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive elements that can significantly compromise the switch's insulation and conductive integrity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED BE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS OPTIONS WITH OUR COMPANY FOR A TAILORED SOLUTION.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Make it a priority to conduct annual inspections of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular emphasis on assessing the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive parts' contact surfaces are in pristine condition to guarantee optimal functionality.
