(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, affectionately referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously crafted for optimal use on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to deftly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, all while maintaining the presence of voltage. This switch epitomizes reliability and precision in the realm of electrical isolation, ensuring seamless operation in demanding environments.

The switch is expertly engineered for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, standing out with its straightforward design, economical value, and user-friendly operation. It boasts an impressive range of rated currents, including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, tailored to meet diverse electrical demands. Built with a robust base, durable post insulators, high-conductivity components, and a precise mechanical section, this switch guarantees exceptional performance. Its gate knife structure, used for circuit operations, includes two conductive blades per phase, equipped with external compression springs. By adjusting the spring height, the switch achieves the ideal contact pressure, enhancing its efficiency and reliability. Operation is facilitated by an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking device to ensure secure and effortless management.

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Thoroughly eliminate dust and dirt from all parts, and meticulously cleanse the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle for immaculate installation.
2. Scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure flawless connectivity.
3. Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas to maintain smooth operation and durability.
4. Inspect the contact surface and adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure the contact pressure aligns with Table II, guaranteeing optimal performance.
5. This switch is designed exclusively for hoisting applications, functioning synergistically with the transformer on the line, delivering unmatched operational efficiency.
6. The rated current of this switch spans 200-400 ampere hours, typically utilizing three mounting holes. For 600-1000A, three mounting holes are employed, ensuring robust and reliable installation.

Conduct an annual check of the following switch components to preserve peak performance:
Remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain cleanliness and functionality.

Diligently inspect all parts for potential damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottle, checking for any signs of damage or cracks.

Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to ensure the switch remains in pristine working condition.
