The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch serves as a robust isolation disconnect switch crafted to operate seamlessly on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution networks. Ingeniously designed to control the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without load yet with voltage present, this switch ensures optimal performance in all situations.
This switch is engineered for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly design. It comes with a versatile range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, providing flexibility for various applications. Composed of a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section, the switch employs a gate knife mechanism for circuit operations. Each phase features two finely crafted conductive blades with external compression springs on both sides, ensuring precise contact pressure by adjusting spring height. Equipped with an insulated hook stick for smooth operational actions, the switch also includes an innovative self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Operating effectively at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum +40°C, minimum -30°C, ensuring adaptability in diverse climates;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Robust enough to handle seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct annual checks on the following parts of the switch:
Remove accumulated dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high performance.
Inspect all components for damage diligently, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on conductive parts to ensure continued optimal conductivity.
