(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (referred to as "fuse") is expertly engineered for outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a rated frequency of 50Hz and voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). This indispensable component serves as a robust protective element for circuits or electrical equipment against overload or short circuit faults within a power system. During standard operational conditions, the fuse is strategically integrated in series within the power line, remaining in a state of tension with the movable joint securely locked. Upon encountering a line fault, the resulting fault current triggers the blowing of the fuse, releasing the movable joint, swiftly disengaging the fuse tube, and effectively interrupting the circuit. This action ensures essential safety protection for both line and equipment maintenance. Enhanced with an elastic contact and an innovative arc extinguishing cover, the load-type fuse is adept at opening and closing the load current within the power system, elevating its utility beyond the ordinary type.
The fuse is meticulously designed to meet rigorous technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, and DL / T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: -40°C to +40°C;
Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;
Altitude is not to surpass 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind speed must not exceed 34 meters per second;
Installation site must be devoid of fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases, and should be well-ventilated.
Note: Should the above conditions for normal use be exceeded, users are encouraged to engage in a direct consultation with our company.
