(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art switch is designed to open and close both single-phase and three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
The switch is purpose-built for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward design, affordability, and user-friendly operation. Customers can choose from a range of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switch's robust construction encompasses a durable base, resilient post insulators, high-conductivity components, and a precise mechanical section. Employing an innovative gate knife structure for circuit operation, each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades equipped with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, operators can achieve the optimal contact pressure necessary for the switch's gate knife operation. The switch is effortlessly managed with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions and includes a secure self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of hazardous gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Regularly inspect the following components of the switch on an annual basis:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal function.
Carefully examine all parts for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition.
