The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It proficiently handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, but no load. Its design ensures optimal performance and reliability in demanding applications.
This switch is tailored for single-phase operations within three-phase line systems, showcasing a straightforward construction, economic efficiency, and user-friendliness. It is available with a range of rated currents from 200 up to 1250 amps, catering to diverse operational needs. The switch is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a precise mechanical section. To facilitate the opening and closing of circuits, a gate knife structure is employed, where each phase's gate knife includes dual conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on either side. By adjusting the spring height, the necessary contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. The operation is seamlessly executed using an insulated hook stick, and the inclusion of a self-locking device ensures secure functionality.
Working Environment:
Ideal for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Operates efficiently within ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered for regions with seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees, and the installation site should be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive mediums that could severely compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR USE CONDITIONS THAT EXCEED THE ABOVE NORMAL PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.

Pre-installation work
An annual check is recommended for the following components of the switch:
Diligently clear dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Conduct a thorough inspection for any damage, particularly scrutinizing the insulating porcelain bottle for potential damages or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains in excellent condition, free from any impairments.
