(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is ingeniously designed for outdoor overhead distribution systems, adeptly functioning at a rated frequency of 50Hz and a commendable range of rated voltages including 10kV, 12kV, 15kV, 35kV, and 40.5kV. This sophisticated fuse acts as a vigilant guardian for circuits and electrical equipment, offering robust protection against power system overloads or short circuits. During standard operations, the fuse integrates seamlessly into the power line, maintaining a tensioned state with its secure-locking movable joint. Should a line failure occur, the resulting fault current swiftly triggers the fuse to blow, releasing the movable joint, and promptly dropping the fuse tube, thus decisively cutting off the circuit. This vital function ensures unparalleled safety and reliability in the maintenance of lines and equipment. The advanced load type fuse enhances this protection by incorporating an elastic contact and an arc extinguishing cover, adeptly managing the opening and closing of load currents within the power system.
The fuse is meticulously crafted in conformity with esteemed technical standards, including GB/T 15166.3 - 2008 High Voltage AC Fuses - Part 3: Injection Fuses, and DL/T 640 - 1997 Outdoor AC High Voltage Drop Tested Fuses and Fuse Links Ordering Technical Conditions, ensuring a product of exceptional quality and reliability.
Working Environment:
Ambient temperature: spanning a robust range from -40°C to +40°C;
Relative humidity: maintaining an optimal daily average of no more than 95%, and a monthly average not exceeding 90%;
Operating proficiently at altitudes up to 3000m;
Capable of withstanding outdoor wind speeds up to a brisk 34 meters per second;
Installation site: situated in areas free from fire, explosion hazards, and chemical corrosive gases, ensuring a well-ventilated environment.
