(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without bearing any load yet maintaining voltage.
This switch, intended for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, stands out due to its straightforward design, economic efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The switches are composed of a solid base, durable post insulators, conductive elements, and a reliable mechanical section. They incorporate a gate knife mechanism for seamless circuit operation, where each phase's gate knife includes two conductive blades equipped with external compression springs on each side, allowing for precise adjustment of the spring height to ensure optimal contact pressure. The switch operates via an insulated hook stick for opening and closing, complete with an integrated self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Tested for outdoor wind speeds not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the chosen installation site should be free of frequent severe vibrations.
It is crucial that the installation site remains free of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, as well as any explosive or corrosive substances that could significantly impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
IF THE ABOVE STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR USE ARE SURPASSED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ENGAGE IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual examination of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulation porcelain bottle's exterior to maintain optimal function.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention to the insulation porcelain bottle for potential cracks or damage.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive component to ensure it remains in excellent condition.
