(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch is expertly crafted for use on high voltage power transmission and distribution lines ranging from 10(12, 15, 24)kV. Known by its alternative name, the isolation disconnect switch, it is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present, ensuring reliable and efficient power flow management.

This remarkable switch is engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems, boasting a simple yet highly effective structure. It's revered for its cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. The switch is available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. It is composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, premium conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section. The innovative gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife comprising two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The adjustable spring height allows for precise contact pressure, enhancing the switch's performance. The operation is facilitated using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, augmented by a self-locking device for added security.

Working Environment:

Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;

Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;

Built to endure outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters/second;

Installation, Use and Adjustment

Pre-installation work

1. Ensure all parts are dust-free by thoroughly cleaning them, and meticulously wipe the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
2. Clean the wiring surface thoroughly on the ground screw to ensure optimal performance.
3. Apply a generous coat of industrial Vaseline on rotating parts and contact areas to maintain smooth operation.
4. Inspect the contact surface meticulously and adjust the compression spring's height to ensure that the contact pressure aligns with Table II specifications.
5. This switch is exclusively designed for hoisting applications, intended to be paired seamlessly with transformers on the line.
6. Rated for a current range of 200-400 ampere hours; typically, three mounting holes are utilized. For 600-1000A, three mounting holes are standard.

Annual maintenance checks are essential to uphold performance:
Thoroughly cleanse conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottle surfaces of any accumulated dirt.

Conduct a comprehensive check for damage on all parts, particularly inspecting the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.

Verify that the contact surfaces of conductive parts are in optimal condition.
