(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, more commonly known as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered to serve on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It expertly manages the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits without an active load, yet maintains voltage presence.
This switch is perfectly crafted for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, offering an exceptional blend of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches feature a well-designed assembly of a base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife mechanism, the circuit is effectively opened and closed. Each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with two conductive blades, complemented by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height can be adjusted to achieve optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. Operation is effortlessly executed using an insulated hook stick for opening and closing actions, enhanced by a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude limitations: installation not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: withstanding a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind conditions: speed not surpassing 35 meters/second;
Seismic tolerance: intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation location must remain free from frequent or severe vibrations.
The installation site must remain free of harmful gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED LISTED PARAMETERS, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER GUIDANCE.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect all parts for any signs of damage, with a particular focus on detecting damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surface of the conductive part maintains integrity and functionality.
