(H) RW(F) series outdoor high voltage AC drop fuse (hereinafter referred to as "fuse") is expertly crafted for outdoor overhead distribution systems operating at a rated frequency of 50Hz and a dynamic voltage of 10kV (12/15/35/40.5). As the ultimate guardian of circuits and electrical gear, it steps in valiantly during power system overloads or short circuit mishaps. In regular operation, this fuse seamlessly integrates into the power line, remaining taut and securely fastened. However, upon detecting a fault, the surge of current commands the fuse to swiftly disengage, setting free the movable joint, and swiftly dropping the fuse tube to sever the circuit. This act of protection is pivotal for the safe upkeep of both line and equipment. Our load type fuse goes beyond the ordinary, featuring an elastic contact and a sophisticated arc extinguishing cover to adeptly manage the load current within the power system.
The fuse adheres conscientiously to prestigious technical standards, including GB / T 15166.3 - 2008 high voltage AC fuses - Part 3: injection fuses, as well as DL / T 640 - 1997 outdoor AC high voltage drop tested fuses and fuse links ordering technical conditions.
Operational Environment:
Ambient temperature: Ranges from a frosty -40°C to a balmy +40°C;
Relative Humidity: Daily averages must not surpass 95%, while monthly averages should remain below 90%;
Altitude: Maximum operational altitude is capped at 3000 meters;
Outdoor wind velocity: Must not exceed a brisk 34 meters per second;
Installation Locale: Should be free from fire, explosion risks, corrosive chemical gases, and must ensure proper ventilation.
