The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is ingeniously engineered for high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. It's adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present but no load. A perfect solution for seamless energy management!
Crafted for single-phase functionality within three-phase systems, this switch stands out with its straightforward design, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, the switch is composed of a base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Featuring a gate knife setup, it flawlessly manages circuit operations. Each phase is equipped with two conductive blades and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure, which is adjustable by altering the spring height. The switch is maneuvered via an insulated hook stick and is bolstered by a self-locking mechanism, ensuring reliable performance.
Working Environment:
Suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Operates efficiently with outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensity up to 8 degrees, with installation sites free from severe vibrations.
Installation sites should remain free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive elements that might compromise insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.

Annual maintenance checklist for switch components:
Regularly clear dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Inspect all components for damage, with particular attention to any cracks or damage to the insulating porcelain bottle.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface on the conductive parts to ensure optimal performance.
