The (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable switch is crafted to safely open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, managing the presence of voltage effortlessly even without load. Its innovative design ensures operational excellence for a variety of high-voltage environments.
Specifically tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a simple, yet highly effective structure that underscores its cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. The impressive range of rated currents available includes 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, accommodating diverse electrical needs. The switch's construction is robust, featuring a reliable base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The gate knife structure facilitates precise circuit operations, with each phase's gate knife composed of dual conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs. These springs are adjustable for optimal contact pressure, ensuring seamless gate knife performance. The operation of the switch is conveniently managed through an insulated hook stick, providing ease in opening and closing actions, all while incorporating a self-locking device for added safety and security.
Working Environment:
This switch is designed to function optimally at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
It maintains efficiency with an ambient temperature range where the maximum does not rise above +40°C, and the minimum does not fall below -30°C;
Adaptable to outdoor conditions, it withstands wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
It is engineered to operate smoothly in areas where seismic intensity does not exceed 8 degrees, ensuring stability even amidst occasional vibrations.
The installation site must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that might significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity. Such conditions are crucial for maintaining optimal performance and longevity.
Note:
IF THE AFOREMENTIONED STANDARD CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS AND CONSULT SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS WITH THE COMPANY FOR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection to ensure the switch's optimal performance by checking the following components:
Thoroughly clean any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain efficiency.
Inspect all components for potential damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of damage or cracking.
Ensure that the contact surface of each conductive part remains in excellent condition, guaranteeing reliable operation.
