(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It facilitates the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, ensuring safety when voltage is present yet load is absent.
This switch, designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, is celebrated for its straightforward design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly nature. The product offers a range of rated current options, namely 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. The composition includes a base, sturdy post insulators, conductive elements, and a robust mechanical section. For circuit operations, a gate knife mechanism is employed, wherein each phase's gate knife integrates dual conductive blades along with external compression springs flanking each side. By adjusting the spring's height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is attained. Operation is executed with an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, and it features an innovative self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Ensures reliable performance at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Sustains functionality in ambient temperatures ranging from a maximum of +40°C to a minimum of -30°C;
Designed to withstand outdoor wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second;
Resilient against seismic intensities not surpassing 8 degrees; the installation site must remain free from frequent, severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be void of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that might significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN CONDITIONS EXCEED THE NORMAL PARAMETERS LISTED ABOVE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DISCUSS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Thoroughly clean and remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with particular focus on identifying any damage or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive parts maintains integrity and functionality.
