Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of innovation also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This remarkable device is crafted for seamless integration into 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It operates with precision to open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits, handling voltage with unmatched reliability, even when load is not present.
Purposefully engineered for single-phase deployment within three-phase line systems, this switch is a testament to simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. With an array of available rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches are composed of a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Employing a sophisticated gate knife structure for swift circuit operations, each phase's design includes dual conductive blades enhanced by external compression springs. These springs are meticulously adjustable for optimal contact pressure. The switch’s efficient operation is guaranteed by an insulated hook stick, which seamlessly facilitates opening and closing, complete with a self-locking mechanism for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures from a chilling -30°C to a sweltering +40°C;
Resilient against outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters per second;
Engineered to endure seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the site experiences no frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must remain free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise the switch’s superior insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD STANDARD USE CONDITIONS BE EXCEEDED, A CONSULTATION WITH THE COMPANY IS ADVISED FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annual maintenance should include a thorough inspection of the following switch components:
Clear any dirt accumulation from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal function.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, paying particular attention to any cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the contact surface of conductive parts remains in excellent condition to guarantee uninterrupted performance.
