Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch: a pinnacle of engineering designed to seamlessly connect and disconnect circuits on high-stakes 10(12, 15, 24)kV power transmission and distribution lines. This state-of-the-art isolation disconnect switch is adept at managing single-phase or three-phase circuits under live conditions, ensuring your operations remain smooth and uninterrupted.
Engineered for excellence, this switch is tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, offering a harmonious blend of simplicity, affordability, and user-friendliness. With rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it promises versatility across various operational needs. The robust construction comprises a base, post insulators, conductive parts, and an efficient mechanical section. Its precise gate knife structure guarantees swift circuit operation, reinforced by a dual-blade configuration and external compression springs for optimal contact pressure. Operation is effortlessly managed via an insulated hook stick, complemented by a reliable self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Ideal for altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +40°C, ensuring reliable performance across diverse climates;
Handles outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second, making it resilient against natural forces;
Withstands seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the installation site is free from recurrent severe vibrations.
Designed for clean environments, the installation site should be devoid of gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise insulation and conductivity integrity.
Note:
SHOULD YOUR CONDITIONS EXCEED THESE NORMAL PARAMETERS, WE ENCOURAGE A DIALOGUE WITH OUR COMPANY TO EXPLORE CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection to ensure continued reliability:
Maintain cleanliness by removing dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface.
Conduct a thorough examination of all components for damage, with special attention to the insulating porcelain bottles for any signs of cracks or defects.
Inspect the contact surface of the conductive parts to ensure they are in prime condition for optimal conductivity.
