This switch is designed to facilitate the seamless opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, maintaining voltage presence while handling circuits without load.
Our cutting-edge switch is tailored for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, boasting a straightforward structure that ensures cost-efficiency and user-friendliness. It caters to an array of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed from a robust base, durable post insulators, superior conductive components, and a precision-engineered mechanical section, this switch employs a sophisticated gate knife structure for efficient circuit management. Each phase's innovative gate knife is equipped with dual conductive blades and external compression springs strategically positioned on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height precisely calibrates the essential contact pressure for optimal switch performance. The switch's operation is expertly managed using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing, augmented by a reliable self-locking device for enhanced security.
Working Environment:
Operable at altitudes up to 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds of up to 35 meters/second;
Designed to withstand seismic intensities not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site must not be prone to frequent or severe vibrations.
The chosen installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive mediums that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity integrity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Systematically remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain efficiency.
Vigilantly inspect all parts for potential damage, with particular focus on detecting cracks or damages in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Evaluate the quality of the conductive parts' contact surfaces to ensure reliability.
