Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, an innovative and essential component for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This remarkable device, also known as an isolation disconnect switch, is engineered to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without interrupting the voltage. Perfectly suited for 10(12, 15, 24)kV applications, this switch guarantees reliability and efficiency.
Designed specifically for single-phase use within three-phase line systems, this switch excels due to its straightforward structure, affordability, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, it is adaptable to various needs. The switch's construction includes a robust base, durable post insulators, reliable conductive parts, and a precise mechanical section. Utilizing a gate knife structure, it effectively controls the circuit flow. Each phase incorporates two conductive blades complemented by external compression springs, adjustable to secure optimal contact pressure. Operated effortlessly with an insulated hook stick and equipped with a self-locking device, this switch embodies practicality and safety.
Working Environment:
The switch is designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters, ensuring dependable performance.
Capable of withstanding a broad range of temperatures, it operates efficiently with a maximum ambient temperature of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C.
Engineered to resist high winds, the switch endures outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second, preserving its integrity.
Tested for resilience, the switch can withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, making it suitable for stable installation sites free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment should be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, and other contamination that might impair insulation and conductivity, ensuring the switch's optimal performance.
