(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often recognized as an isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for seamless performance on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. Its purpose is to efficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, even while voltage is present, ensuring reliability and safety.
This exceptional switch, tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, stands out due to its simplistic design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. Offered in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, these switches are composed of a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The ingenious gate knife structure facilitates the seamless opening and closing of circuits. For each phase, the gate knife incorporates dual conductive blades and external compression springs on either side, allowing for precise contact pressure adjustment via spring height modification. An insulated hook stick enables secure opening and closing, complemented by a self-locking feature for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Altitude should not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature range: maximum of +40°C; minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should remain below 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should not go beyond 8 degrees; the installation site must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive substances that can severely impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY FOR SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS.

Annual Maintenance Checklist: Regularly inspect the following components of the switch each year to ensure perfect functionality:
Remove any dirt and debris from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles, ensuring optimal conductivity.
Inspect all components for any signs of damage, with particular attention paid to the insulating porcelain bottle for potential chips and cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive components maintain excellent condition for uninterrupted service.
